Specialist Support Coordination
Rubix Support’s Support Coordinators work alongside people and their families to help them understand and implement their NDIS
plan and navigate the system by providing tailored information and guidance.
Our goal is to help you increase your confidence and understanding to be able to manage your NDIS plan over time. Our Level 2: Coordination of Supports can help connect you with the right NDIS and mainstream supports for you, work towards your goals, and address any barriers to participation and goal achievement. Our Level 3: Specialist Support Coordinators bring an added layer of expertise to complex barriers and cross-system responses.
Our Support Coordination team draws on diverse professional backgrounds and extensive experience in NDIS navigation, housing, child protection, mental health, education, justice, health, early childhood and community connections.
All of our Support Coordinators are appropriately qualified and experienced to deliver both Level 2 and Level 3 Support Coordination, and we aim to match Coordinators based on your individual needs and preferences.
