Specialist Support Coordination

Rubix Support provide Support Coordination across both Coordination of Supports (Level 2) and Specialist Support Coordination (Level 3). Rubix Support has been providing these services for close to ten years and consistently achieve successful outcomes with participants across both areas of Support Coordination. Rubix Support’s skilled and experienced Support Coordination team are responsive and committed to focusing on individuals needs and aspirations.

Our support coordinators are committed to supporting individuals, families and carers to navigate the disability service system by providing advice, information and assistance when decisions need to be made. Our aim is to increase your confidence and understanding of NDIS and its providers so that you no longer require further assistance.

Once your NDIS plan is developed and you have received funding, Rubix Support can assist you to implement your plan by finding the right supports and addressing any barriers to participation.

Positive Behaviour Support (PBS)

Rubix Support’s experienced PBS practitioners conduct comprehensive, evidence-based assessments and training. Providing our materials in easy-to-use formats, we educate families and support staff about how to implement strategies effectively so that over time, behaviours of concern are reduced.

Specialist Support Coordination

Rubix Support aim to enable our clients to live as they choose and reach their potential. We are committed to finding the best supports for our clients. We maximise the use of NDIS funding and resolve any issues with participation that arise at either disability or mainstream services.

Sexuality and Relationship Education

Rubix Support have significant experience providing education and support to young people and adults around puberty education, 1:1 education, assessment and training in sexuality and relationships. Increasing a person’s understanding of their body, positive sexuality and safe and healthy relationships is essential to living a safe and fulfilling life.

Lifestyle Support

Rubix Support provide experienced, energetic staff committed to supporting people as they work towards their lifestyle goals. We aspire to find new ways to extend each client’s skills and interests and start by finding compatible support workers to provide consistency and structure.

Supported Independent Living

The Rubix Support team are specialists in coordinating accommodation support for people who may display complex behaviour.  Change can take time, and we persist. Rubix Support focus on skill development and self-determination to increase each client’s choice and control over their life.
