Rubix Support provide experienced, skilled and energetic support workers who are committed to supporting individuals work towards achieving their lifestyle choices.

Our team wants to know what is important to you in a support worker. We aspire to find someone compatible with your needs and interests, and whenever possible, to facilitate introductions (and training, if required) before the program commences. We aim to give you consistency so you are familiar and comfortable with your support workers.

Whether you need a hand to move around town, assistance while enjoying favourite activities- sporting events, concerts, movies or holidays- or to develop skills to enhance your ability to live independently, Rubix Support’s support workers can help you reach these goals.

Disability Support Workers Melbourne

We can work with you to:

  • Support Community Participation, Social Connections and Hobbies
  • Provide Assistance with Daily Living (ADL) support with Personal Care and Daily Tasks to help maintain your independence
  • Assist with Transport and Travel Training.

  • Deliver High-Intensity Supports
  • Implement Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) strategies, including for those with Restrictive Practices in place.
