Our Purpose – Why We Exist

NDIS Disability Services in Victoria.
Since 2017, Rubix Support have been providing support to people with disability and their families, using evidence-based practices, strong ethical boundaries and a passion for practical, person-centered support grounded in human rights.

Although we have grown and come a long way since those beginnings, our purpose has not changed.

Our team of more than 140 staff have a shared passion and commitment to improving the personal wellbeing and positive outcomes for people and our team have proudly supported thousands of people with disability and their families.

Many of our team bring deep expertise and long-standing experience in the sector, but remain curious, humble and continuously learning alongside the people we support.

As we look ahead, Rubix Support is committed to continuing to grow with purpose. We will keep investing in our staff, building strong relationships, and listening to the people that we support so that our work is not just responsive, but truly transformative.

Rubix Support are a NDIS Registered provider, and a funded service provider for the Victorian Department of Families, Fairness and Housing (DFFH) delivering NDIS Disability Services throughout Victoria Australia.

Rubix Support have maintained a close working relationship with Berry Street for over seven years, providing consultation and working collaboratively, drawing on our respective expertise’s to ensure best outcomes for children, young adults and their families.

Rubix Support is a registered provider of the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS). Furthermore, we are a registered provider of the Victorian Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS).
