What Are Level 2 & 3 Support Coordination Services?

The NDIS funds two types of support coordination, and Rubix Support is qualified and registered to deliver both:

Level 2 — Coordination of Supports Our Level 2 Support Coordinators help you put your NDIS plan into action. We connect you with the right NDIS-registered and mainstream providers, help you work towards your goals, and address any barriers to participation.

Level 3 — Specialist Support Coordination Our Level 3 Specialist Support Coordinators bring an added layer of expertise for participants with more complex needs. This includes navigating cross-system responses across housing, mental health, justice, child protection, health and education.

All Rubix Support Coordinators are appropriately qualified and experienced to deliver Level 2 & 3 Support Coordination Services, and we carefully match each Coordinator to your individual needs and preferences.
